About Us

True Travel is a travel company that incorporates a travel agency and a corporate travel operation. This includes planning a business trip, organising a corporate event, and the other tasks required of the corporate traveller.

We search live airline inventory, reserve seats, and issue air tickets on behalf of our customers. We act as an intermediary between the customer and the airline: the ticket is issued on the airline’s stock and the journey is carried out under that airline’s conditions of carriage.

• Air ticket reservation and issuance on scheduled airlines, for one-way, return and multi-city journeys.
• Fare and schedule comparison across the airlines and suppliers connected to our platform.
• Ticket reissue, date and routing changes, subject to the applicable airline fare rules.
• Cancellation and refund handling, submitted to and settled with the airline on the customer’s behalf.
• Corporate travel support, including trip planning and travel arrangements for business customers.

Every search result and booking page shows the full price of the service and the currency of the transaction before the booking is confirmed. The fare, taxes and any applicable service charge are itemised, so the amount payable is known before payment is made.

The terms governing bookings made through this website are published in full: Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Reissue and Payment Confirmation.
