These terms apply to every ticket issued by True Travel and Tourism L.L.C.. Refunds, cancellations and reissues are governed first by the fare rules of the airline concerned.
1. General conditions
- All bookings and tickets are subject to the fare rules, conditions, and policies of the respective airline.
- Airline fare rules take precedence over these Terms and Conditions where applicable.
- Customers are responsible for checking the passenger name, travel dates, flight details, routing, baggage allowance, and other ticket information before confirming the booking.
- Once a ticket has been issued, any amendment, cancellation, refund, or reissue may be subject to airline penalties and Company service charges.
- The Company is not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, or other circumstances beyond its control. Such cases will be handled according to the airline's applicable policy.
2. Refund policy
- Refund requests must be submitted through the Company and are subject to the applicable airline fare rules.
- Refunds for refundable tickets will be processed after deducting airline cancellation/refund penalties, applicable non-refundable taxes or charges, and Company service or processing fees.
- Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded unless permitted by the airline's fare rules or applicable regulations.
- Refunds may take time to process because the Company may need confirmation or approval from the airline or relevant ticketing authority.
- The refund amount will be based on the actual amount received from the airline after applicable deductions.
- Once a refund has been submitted, processing cannot necessarily be reversed.
- Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment and banking procedures.
3. Cancellation after ticket issuance
- Cancellation requests must be made before the applicable flight departure time.
- Customers are responsible for informing the Company as early as possible if they no longer intend to travel.
- Failure to cancel or modify a booking before the airline's applicable deadline may result in the ticket being treated as a No-Show.
- No-show penalties may apply in addition to cancellation, refund, or reissue charges.
- Certain fares may become completely non-refundable after a no-show.
4. Ticket reissue / date or flight changes
- Requests to change the travel date, flight, route, or other ticket conditions are subject to the airline's fare rules and seat availability.
- A reissue may require payment of an airline change/reissue penalty, fare difference, tax difference, and Company reissue/service fee.
- If the new fare is lower, any refund of the difference will be subject to the airline's fare rules.
- A ticket cannot be reissued after the applicable deadline or after departure unless specifically permitted by the airline.
- Reissue fees and fare differences must be paid before the amended ticket is issued.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse a requested change where it is not permitted by the airline or ticketing system.
5. No-show
- A passenger who does not travel on a confirmed flight without making the required cancellation or change before the airline's deadline may be considered a No-Show.
- No-show charges may apply according to the airline's rules.
- In some cases, a no-show may result in the cancellation of subsequent or connecting sectors on the same ticket.
- The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from a passenger's failure to notify the Company or airline within the required time.
6. Company service fees
- In addition to airline penalties and fare differences, the Company may charge a service/processing fee for refund, cancellation, reissue, or other ticket amendments.
- Company service fees are separate from airline charges and may be non-refundable once the requested service has been processed.
- Any applicable service fee will be communicated to the customer before processing whenever reasonably possible.
7. Airline schedule changes and cancellations
- If an airline cancels or materially changes a flight, the applicable airline policy will determine the available options.
- Where the airline authorizes a full refund or free rebooking, the Company will process the request according to the airline's instructions.
- Any refund or compensation is subject to the airline's applicable policy and relevant UAE regulations.
- The Company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the passenger unless such expenses are expressly accepted by the airline or required by applicable law.
8. Refund processing time
- Refund processing time depends on the airline, ticketing system, payment method, and banking process.
- The Company will submit eligible refund requests as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the required information and documents.
- The time taken by an airline or payment provider to return funds is outside the Company's direct control.
