This website is operated by True Travel and Tourism L.L.C., a travel and tourism company licensed in the United Arab Emirates. True Travel is the trading name under which the Company operates this website.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of any service purchased through this website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

True Travel is a travel agency and corporate travel operation. We search, reserve and issue air tickets and related travel services on behalf of our customers, acting as an intermediary between the customer and the airline or other travel supplier.

The description and price of each service, together with the currency of the transaction, are shown before the booking is confirmed. Prices are quoted inclusive of the fare, applicable taxes and any service charge, as itemised at the time of booking.

Payment may be made using the payment cards displayed on our home page — Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD), which is the currency shown throughout the booking process and the currency in which your card will be charged.

Where a price is additionally displayed in another currency for convenience, the USD amount is the amount charged. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.

Customers using this website who are minors, that is under the age of 18, may not register as a user of the website and may not transact on or use the website. By registering or transacting you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@truetraveliq.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

The cardholder must retain a copy of their transaction records and of the Company’s policies and rules. Booking confirmations and receipts issued by us should be kept for the duration of travel and for any subsequent refund, amendment or dispute.

We will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC-sanctioned countries or to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions. We may decline or cancel any booking where providing the service would breach applicable sanctions or export-control law.

All bookings and tickets are subject to the fare rules, conditions and policies of the respective airline, which take precedence over these Terms where applicable. You are responsible for checking the passenger name, travel dates, flight details, routing and baggage allowance before confirming a booking.

Refunds, cancellations, no-shows and ticket reissues are governed by our Refund, Cancellation and Ticket Reissue policy.

• Using the website for any unlawful purpose, or to book travel in breach of applicable law.
• Providing false passenger information, or booking on behalf of a person without their authority.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts, or our systems.
• Using automated means to extract fares, availability or other content from the website.

We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding or other circumstances beyond our control; such cases are handled according to the airline’s applicable policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms and the website policies may be changed or updated from time to time to meet legal and operational requirements. Customers are encouraged to review these pages regularly. Modifications take effect on the day they are posted.
